Folic Acid, B6 and B12 and Age-Related Macular Degeneration

As individuals get older, they may develop macular degeneration which is the most common cause of blindness in the elderly.  A recent study in the Archives of Internal Medicine indicates that daily vitamin supplements of Folic Acid, B6 and B12 may prevent the development of this in older patients.
